Progressions Coordinator

Emma Ray

As a progressions coordinator, I am passionate about supporting young people into sustainable positive outcomes of employment or further training. I deliver qualifications which aim to build and develop upon soft skills through a holistic approach, incorporating life skills, healthy living and key workplace skills. My career with young people started whilst at University studying Sports Development, during summers I led youth and sports projects in Fiji, implementing Government initiatives to resource-poor communities. I have built upon my love for fitness by qualifying as a Level 4 qualified personal trainer, specialising in female health. Outside of my role at Street League, I train clients at a female-only gym where I research, develop, and deliver programmes specifically designed to boost women’s health, fitness, and wellbeing, more specifically menopause. I am excited to bring my experience and knowledge of fitness to Street League and inspire more female participation!
