Rebecca is passionate about sport and firmly believes in its ability to create positive change. She joined Street League in 2020 after working for the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD). This meant travelling to more than 10 different countries to visit projects. Before this, she worked briefly as a journalist in Turkey after completing a masters in Broadcast Journalism at Cardiff University. Her favourite job she ever did was working as a Flash Quote Reporter at the Commonwealth Games in Glasgow while she was a student there.

In her role as Marketing & Communications Executive Rebecca is the voice of the organisation, celebrating the fantastic work our staff do both internally and externally.  

Favourite sport(s): Running and (watching) football – currently training for my first marathon, don’t know what I was thinking! I grew up going to see Cambridge United with my dad.

First job: Working at the after-school club at her old primary school when she was 15.
