Martyn McLauchlan

I started working for ASDA, age 17, within the Bakery department and worked his way through each department and stepping up to manger of Ambient and Warehouse before moving to be an assessor with Babcock in 2013, providing different assessments crosses a variety of roles within the retail sector, from Customer service, to shop floor, scratch bakery and warehousing. I now work with Skills Development Scotland and SQA standards, responsible for providing flexible support through One to Ones, regular reviews with each young person and their employer every visit.

My favourite sports are football and rugby.

I really enjoy live music/gigs.
