John joined Street League in October 2016 having previously worked within the football sector, primary schools, and charity/community work. Working for a charity was something John had a passion for and when there was an opportunity to apply for a role of Youth and Community Coach for Street League, it was something John knew he wanted to be a part of. John has now moved into the role of Progressions Coordinator and enjoys helping and supporting young people through employability and sports sessions.

Having played for the England partially sighted futsal team for many years John have seen first-hand how football can impact on people’s lives in a positive way.
